I loved the place...I am a customer sinds 3 years...But sinds 6 to 8 months...They do not have any affection with the client...I came round 16.00 and they told me that they couldn't accept any client because they were closing at 19.00 and that they were fully booked. Their closing time is announced 19.30. I pay a 6 monthly fee for a discount and this is already the second time.I chose to be able to go without appointment and they take appointments....They are not well organised. The time before it was very hot...when Iasked for water...The told me that I could buy water in the restaurant next door..Every beauty center has water, the basic and where there is better service they ask wether you would like coffee or tea... I am not going to prolounge my 6 montlu fee... I am going to look for another beauty center with more service...Not to recommend...Tahrir fees evden with the discount card...youll get it anywhere...

Do not recommend. So overpriced for mediocre service. I was helped by two different ladies for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine by the first woman, but the second woman finished the pedicure by painting my toes and I had bit of paint around the top of my toes. The manicure was not well executed. The top of the nails were not even nor smooth and when I asked for the nails to be corrected five times, the lady was rude. I told her that the service was overpriced (almost 80) and she showed no sign of regret and did not try to make amends. Would not recommend and will not return.

Mon amie a été là bas pour être modèle manucure pour une esthéticienne débutante de cet institut et elle en est sortie avec les mains en sang (littéralement). Quelques jours plus tard, elle n’arrive toujours pas à bouger correctement ses doigts. Malgré le fait que l’esthéticienne soit débutante, il y a un minimum de savoir faire qui devrait être assuré avant de toucher les mains des autres. Clairement, à fuir !

J'y ai fait une pose de vernis semi-permanent - super travail. 3 semaines après, mes ongles sont toujours en bon état. Le prix est honnête et les filles très sympa. J'y reviendrai.

Service correct malgré un temps d'attente assez long. estheticiennes professionnelles et attentionnées. Point négatif: cabines étroites et petites. Escalier a refaire également. Un peu plus de luxe ne serait pas trop demandé.

Super institut! Les esthéticiennes sont très pro et accueillante. Le sans rdv, un vrai bonheur quand vous n'avez pas le temps! Petit plus pour la situation géographique juste en face du tram et en plein milieu d'un quartier convivial !
